33nd Sparta Cup Check-In:

 LOCATION: Rio Tinto Stadium Toyota 100 Lion Room

Check-In:  Monday,  August 4, 2014 - 5:00-8:30pm

   The following items need to be presented at check-in:

 Registration/Medical Release Form: signed in two places by Parent or Guardian 
(including Guest Players obtained through the affinity system.
Birth certificates are not required when going through the affinity system)
Specialty Player Action Form: (Guest players; signed by both Coaches on the Form) Forms can be found on Resource/Download Center Click here

ATTENTION: It is required that you have at least 2 coaches for each team.
Once brackets are set there will be no further changes.

Photo Travel Roster: All UYSA teams must submit six (6) copies of the 2014/2015 Photo Travel Roster (Guest Players are required to be added to the photo travel roster)

Out-of-State Teams: Current USYSA or US Club Soccer player passes 2014/2015 are required, Travel papers, (out-of-state teams) must be presented, Registration/Medical Release Forms (including Guest Players) signed in two places by Parent or Guardian. Logan, St. George, and out of state teams may check in 2 hours before their first game. At Tournament headquarters. (the large pavilion). All local teams must check in on Monday. 

Players can only register with ONE Team in the Tournament - Rosters are FINAL at Check-In!!!

 The 33rd Sparta Cup starts in the afternoon on Wednesday, August 6

for some of the Teams.  Out-of state Teams starts Thursday afternoon.

Sparta United Soccer Club welcomes you the to the 33rd annual Sparta Cup held at the West Jordan Soccer Complex at 4000 west 8000 south in West Jordan Utah.
August 6th - 9th 2014

Age groups
Boys U9 - U18     Girls U9 - U14
Gold and silver divisions
U9 6v6 $400
U10/U11 8v8 $525
U12 and up 11v11 $625

Registration deadline is July 11th

All players will receive a lapel pin. Awards for finalists in all competitive age levels and a team trophy for the champions.

Each coach will receive a gift from adidas.

Each out of state team will be guaranteed four games
Special schedule and check in arrangements for out of state teams

Real vs DC United on August 9th 8pm MST
